This was our favorite stay in the region. The property itself and rooms are beautiful, well-furnished, spacious, and very comfy. The family was very welcoming and kind, we felt right at home. Small details such as the wine available for purchase and brochure information on the region made the stay even more exceptional. Lastly we loved the breakfast and home-made jams. We hope to return on our next visit!
The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful. It's a beautiful Chateau in the heart of Medoc with a stream running through and horses on the property. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in arranging tours of neighboring wineries. Breakfasts are superb with fresh croissants, home made jams and yogurts, fresh eggs, etc. The only tricky part is that it's set back off the road and rather difficult to find especially in the dark. Definitely plan on arriving when it's daylight or you'll have a hard time finding it.
Great homestay, very calm and the surroundings are amazing. Located in the middle of the medoc region, perfect for a getaway and to visit the vineyards. The owner was very friendly but gave us all the space we needed. Everything is provided in the castle and our room was very large and comfortable!

Beautiful French Country home. Very nice breakfast each morning. We had a big room and great bathroom overlooking the backyard and horses. Could not check in until 5. Hard communicating with owner who did not speak English. They were nice enough to refund extra charge since our daughter did not make it. Not much to do in little town. Medoc, close had nice vineyards. Would recommend for relaxing quiet stay.
A large farmhouse/villa complex on the edge of small town, one wing with guest rooms for B&B. Comfortable room, traditional furniture, good bathroom, attentive hosts. Easy access to chateaux of the Medoc and regional restaurants. Nice continental breakfast -- fruit, ham, cheese, croissants, bread, coffee, etc. No AC so hot weather would be potentially uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again except for high summer.
