"La camera era posizionata sopra una struttura di pannelli grecati con zanzariere rotte il bagno sporco con calcare nella doccia sportelli doccia con ruggine camera con muri sporchi di zanzare schiacciate sui quadri un dito di polvere,colazione minimal al momento di pagare non funzionava il pos. Parcheggio esterno molto scomodo. Non consigliabile assolutamente"

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"

They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). "Arriving at this villa was breathtaking. The immaculate gardens and beautiful structure gave a Tuscan villa feel while still being close enough by bus to the city centre. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 kids which was larger than expected and very comfortable, especially the bed. "The resort is at a beautiful spot in Tuscany. The views are spectacular. The in-house restaurant is simply fantastic. We had dinner each night we stayed (3), and were seriously impressed by all 3 meals. The breakfast is very good as well. The olive oil made on the property is one of the best we’ve tasted. We ended up buying a liter. I also had a very relaxing massage and facial, that I highly recommend. The villa is 800 years old (!!), so it’s not your typical ‘luxury’ resort. But the quirks...

Backdropped on the Fiesole hilltop we found the staff to be friendly and made us comfortable by relocating us to a new room after we identified a faulty air conditioner(these things do happen unfortunately). Our dining experience was excellent and we enjoyed the included breakfasts. Discovering Florence was easiest with the complementary return shuttle service. We recommend the FH55."

"Laid back, luxurious feel to this hotel, gorgeous pool area, in tranquil grounds with birdsong, scent of flowers, and unassuming, carefully attentive staff. Delicious unhurried buffet breakfast. 15 minutes by minibus into central Florence. Best of both worlds. We spent 4 nights here."
