La casetta era piena di ragni ed insetti e lenzuola coperte ed asciugamani non pulitissimi, macchiati e presenza di capelli nei letti e nella doccia. Andrebbero fatte pulizie più accurate. "This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"Servicen er i top, der er mange pools og aktiviteter til børnene. Vi havde halvpension og maden var virkelig lækker. Vi kunne vælge mellem 3 restauranter hver dag og især maden på Vecchio var lækker. Alt var virkelig flot og velholdt og personalet er super venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle!"

"El hotel es súper Charming! Tal cual lo que uno sueña con vivir cuando uno visita La Toscana. El área de la piscina es ESPECTACULAR! Las instalaciones divinas! El desayuno deli! El Lugar parece de un cuento Toscano. El vino delicioso! Todo 10/10 lo súper recomiendo! "Everything was just perfect! From the arrival to the check-out. The staff, owner and all the team are just exceptional. One of the best places I’ve been. Restaurant is a must!! A perfect place to live the Dolce vita of Tuscany. Many beautiful cities very close. The staff proposed a lot of activities without feeling any pressure. Will definitely come back!!! "
