Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Castellar del Valles

"They said you could have four in a room but made us get another room for the for of us due to my teenage daughter’s. They were extremely rude at desk and throughout hotel. Our room smelled like smoke even though they said it was a non smoking room. Someone unlocked and open our daughters room in the night and they heard it but the front desk said that there was no other entry by there log. I would recommend to look anywhere else but here for your stay and pool use was minimal with only 10 chairs...

"The property overall was lovely. Our room was not that clean. It also needed work. The toilet seat was dirty with dried bodily fluids, the bathroom was damaged on the bottom. The public areas were wonderful. Shuttle service was very nice."

"They Charge for everything including breakfast. Shuttle service driver in the morning was rough and drove to fast and would not turn on air conditioning becausr she coild not understand english."

It is a great hotel for couples or adults but is not my preferred choice for kids since there were hardly any activities for kids my age (13 and 9 years). "The staff were so helpful. There was always someone to help in English when my Spanish couldn’t communicate well enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice dining walking distance."
