Amazing stay

We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean, the swimming pool with its bar was amazing! As for the staff, they were all really kind and helpful, especially Gabriele, who provided us with great tips for meals and visits! We'll definitely come back!

Vi boede 5 overnatninger på dette skønne hotel i de toscanske bakker. Vi havde et værelse med balkon mod poolområdet. Værelset var rigtig pænt og rent og forholdvis stort. Alt fra minibaren var gratis og blev fyldt op hver dag. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god. God blanding af europæisk og italiensk. Vi spiste en aften på hotellets restaurant. Super service og god mad, og så får man en smuk udsigt. Et lille minus var, at der var meget lidt skygge ved poolområdet. Derudover var der nogle dage ikke helt nok liggestole til at alle gæster. Men så var der nogle “afslappende” stole, som stod helt nede ved poolen, som man kunne sætte sig i. Et andet lille minus var, at vi fik vasket tøj. Vi fik fortalt af en dame i receptionen, at hvis vi fyldte to poser, så blev det mellem 6-10 euro pr. pose. Da vi skulle checke ud og betale stod der på regningen 40 euro. Hende damen i receptionen havde sagt en forkert pris. Havde vi vidst det, havde vi ikke vasket så meget tøj. Vi endte med at måtte betale 40 euro. Det var lidt dårlig service.

Schickes, stilvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Sehr ruhig, ideal zum entspannen und lesen, keine wilden Parties oder ständige Musikberieselung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Pool, Parkplatz und Frühstück gut. Kleine Abendkarte im Restaurant verfügbar. Überraschung war die kostenlose Weinverkostung mit 3 Gänge Menü des Hotelbesitzers und Weinanbauers. Leider war das WiFi Signal so schwach, dass Internet in den Zimmern zum Garten und am Pool nicht funktionierte.

Een goed hotel, op handige afstand van plaatsen als Sienna en Volterra. Gelegen in mooie, Toscaanse omgeving. Gastvrij personeel en net hotel. Echter de air-co is verouderd en maakt op de kamers veel lawaai. Dat maakt slapen lastig. Ook de badkamers zijn sterk verouderd. Al met al een redelijk hotel.

The staff was wonderful (especially Gabriel) he recommended a fabulous dinner recommendations and also sent us an email after once we checked out, to let us know that we had left a jacket behind. The breakfast was excellent, beautiful property and nice pool. Our only complaint was that air conditioner did not work in our room for our two night stay !

Il comfort della camera, qui non è un "must".

Tutto molto bello, camera e biancheria puliti, bagno molto ampio, letto comodo, colazione varia e abbondante, personale cortese... peccato che l'isolamento acustico della camera sia inesistente: si sente il semplice parlare sottovoce degli ospiti confinanti, così come il rumore della hall attraverso il corridoio. Neanche i motel da $40 americani... Molta apparenza e poca sostanza. Se volete riposare in camera, magari dopo una giornata di girovagare, cercate altro.

4 amazing days in Tuscany!

Was an amazing 4 night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice and helpful. They suggested a winery and set up the reservation for us. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was very nice. The hotel’s location and views are beautiful. The rooms are in fair condition. Everything was clean. It was simply the age and wear and tear over time that you could see on the room. However, for the price, this was an outstanding option, and I would stay there again.

Terre di Casole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo una notte, 2 adulti e bimba di 11 anni: hotel molto pulito, vista sulle colline, posizionato a meno di un chilometro dal centro di Casole d'Elsa, posteggio gratuito ampio. Noi avevamo una camera standard (abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo minuto) ma molto spaziosa e pulita. Piscina riscaldata molto piacevole e idromassaggio a lato. Colazione molto ricca e variegata con personale molto gentile; non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante annesso ma la proposta dei piatti era interessante. Struttura in buona posizione per girare i borghi toscani.

ubicazione perfetta per girare tra le colline senesi. bella struttura, ben tenuta, con una vista stupenda dal ristorante. colazione molto buona con torte fatte in casa e frutta fresca personale però non troppo attento e talvolta scortese
