"In the heart of historic Naples, in a narrow alleyway close to stall after stall of foods, trinkets, shopping...nice staff, large room...only issue was it was 100 degrees outside and AC was not working but they did fix it, took a couple of hours."

"Awesome boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully maintained and the 24 hour coffee/water bar on the 5th floor was indispensable over our 3 night/4 day stay. We will stay here again during on our next visit for sure."

"Pretty great hotel. I was a little concerned because the surrounding area is very questionable to say the least. After we checked out our train wasn't until later but they let us stay in their lounge while we waited. It's a great place. We did find a hair in our towel though.."

"The hotel is in a nice location, serves a delicious breakfast, and the staff are wonderful. Having stayed here 10 years ago, I did notice the property could use a bit of updating particularly in the bathroom. On the bright side, the shower pressure was amazing! However, the shower tap was a bit wonky, and the glass door didn't seal properly, making it nearly impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Additionally, the basin tap couldn't be turned on fully because it hit the mirror above it. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The only tweak I'd suggest is the playlist: full-on rave/disco music is a bit intense for 7:00 AM, a calmer vibe would suit the morning much better!"
