It is in an old building, authentic Italian style with a courtyard and a concierge downstairs, not particularly easy to find, on the third floor with a quirky elevator. But the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is clean and breakfast was excellent. The location seems a little off the main path, but turned out to be great. "Perfect location, very spacious and modern room. The room feels more like an apartment. It surprised us that to get to the building you have to go through the patio of a restaurant. But it’s pretty cute and nice building. And the surroundings are great, walkable, close to Lungomare with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it!"
