"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience "

One year we had stayed somewhere else in the Brunswick area, because the Traveler's Inn was fully booked, and we were not happy at all. That's why we always comeback to the Traveler's Inn."

"Easy parking, pleasant staff. Unfortunately thy had a student sports team stay the same night. That morning the free breakfast was devoured by the group of teenage boys. We had plans for the day so we had to check out earlier than we wanted due to having to go find breakfast. They said they had kitchen staff bring more food. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait. Again not the hotels fault. More so the inconsiderate juveniles. "

"Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again."

There appeared to be zero effort put into keeping things “tidy” while under construction. The entry door would not close and lock unless you put a lot of extra effort into it. "My sister and I LOVED the Harraseeket! We did not realize they had afternoon tea every day so that was a pleasant surprise. The historic building is absolutely beautiful, and because we are both seniors, and the elevator was broken from the ground floor up to reception, they were accommodating in that they gave us a room on the same floor as reception, even though we had not previously requested it.
