"This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience "

"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!"

"We were charged an extra $15 because we had a 3rd person that I had already disclosed in the booking and had already paid the extra taxes and fees for etc. The shower had no drain stop, just a wide open hole. "The property has been sold as of Jan 2026 and according to office staff, renovations are underway. My room was in good condition with the exception of the privacy blinds which were dusty and inoperable. I was otherwise satisfied with my room, but would have liked to have had a microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities are great for families who want to have fun with their kids. Buildings need to be overhauled and hopefully the new owners will bring new life to the rooms. I would...

"This camp was such a lovely surprise. I didn’t expect to have so many freebies (sailing, canoeing, kayaks, gym, sauna, pickleball courts). We only stayed 2 nights on our way to Acadia, but can absolutely see having a large family vacation here. Highly recommend!!!"
