"Top sauber, extrem ruhig, viele liebevolle Details und Einrichtungen im ganzen Hotel zu entdecken. Im Zimmer haben wir uns auch sehr wohl gefühlt und den gepflegten Garten und Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Ganz besonders war das Personal, so herzlich, persönlich und professionell. "Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
