Hotel dengan Balkoni di Pantai Cascais

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

The propery is great ,but would benefit with some loving touch, a bit of updating but otherwise is excellent.I loved it as this hotel is not part of any big names ,any commercial chain ,it is unique, run by family. .Thank you for that."
