Die Instandsetzung und Rückmeldung auf die Hinweise war langsam. Insgesamt noch ok."

"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"

"The location for this hotel is excellent if you are staying in the area. However, the check-in process was very difficult as we had arrived with our young child before the formal check-in time and would have paid extra for early check-in after an overnight flight. Front desk staff were not helpful, getting any support was like pulling teeth. "We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow which was perfect for just the two of us. However it was definitely dated but we didn’t mind. It was very nice to have the restaurant and little store there too. "

"Very clean, newly renovated. We booked a family room with a bunk bed that pulled down. That was very helpful. The grounds are very nice. However they are doing some construction on the property an there was so jackhammering throughout the work day for two of the days we were there. It wasn’t a huge problem but was loud- it didn’t happen when we we trying to sleep and I understand they need to do work on the hotel sometime.
