La situation est fantastique dans un Ă©crin de verdure avec une trĂšs belle vue sur la mer, loin du bruit et de l’agitation de la cote. On peut ne pas aimer le concept sans climatisation et tĂ©lĂ©vision, mais pour notre part c’est ce qui nous a plus d’autant qu’a cette altitude la tempĂ©rature est idĂ©ale. Les repas sont simples mais trĂšs bons et trĂšs copieux avec des produits frais et souvent du jardin. Nous recommandons.

Super séjour !

Cet agroturrismo est littĂ©ralement perchĂ© dans les hauteurs de l'Ăźle ce qui rend le lieu rĂ©ellement paradisiaque. L'hĂŽte est adorable et fait volontier la navette entre sa maison et le port (casamicciola) en journĂ©e (9h-19h) et si vous dĂ©cidez de rentrer plus tard, il suffit de l'appeler une fois au Terminus de la ligne 14 pour qu'il vienne vous chercher. Monter Ă  pied n'est pas vraiment envisageable. Le jardin est superbement entretenu et magnifique. La piscine permet de se rafraĂźchir en profitant de la vue. CĂŽtĂ© repas, il propose un menu complet (antipasti+primo+secundo+dessert) Ă  30€ qui est Ă  tomber par terre (copieux et excellent) ! Les lĂ©gumes sont frais et cuisinĂ©s sur place par sa femme. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux (petite assiette de charcuterie et fromage, yaourt, tomate du jardin, pain, gĂąteau fait maison,...). Les chambres sous la maison principale ont Ă©tĂ© refaites Ă  neuf et ont vu sur la mer et la piscine.

Bellissima vista

Molto bella la vista, struttura curata con un bellissimo giardino. Piscina piccola e non riscaldata, ottimale per i periodi caldi ma non quelli intermedi come settembre/ottobre. Proprietari molto gentili e cordiali. Colazione buona anche se migliorabile. Bevande calde, come caffĂš e cappuccino, dalla macchinetta e succo di frutta non molto buono, un po' dozzinale, non da agriturismo.Frutta dei loro giardini molto buona. Camere belle, un po' stile toscana. Unico neo, almeno per noi, la mancanza della TV. Strada per arrivare molto stretta in mezzo ai boschi. Consigliamo auto piccola. In generale comunque un'ottimo soggiorno

Beautiful!

Wow! Pera di Basso is a such special and beautiful place. The service from Mario and team is fantastic, the location is superb with amazing views. Rooms are very clean, private and well appointed. Food is superb including the generous and fresh breakfast. Although a little out of town, this is what makes it so special and relaxing.

FamiliĂ€r gefĂŒhrtes Hotel mit super Ausblick

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb des StĂ€dtchens Casamicciola. Man hat von dort einen fanatasischen Ausblick auf die Umgebung und das Meer, welchen man u.a. beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der schönen Terrasse genießen kann. Das Hotel ist familiĂ€r gefĂŒhrt, es gibt nur wenige Zimmer und entsprechend gut wurden wir umsorgt. Abends gab es im Haupthaus ein 3-GĂ€nge-MenĂŒ, welches an jedem unserer 4 Abende sehr gut geschmeckt hat (wir haben Halbpension gebucht). Da die Unterkunft recht abgelegen ist, haben wir jeden Tag den Shuttelservice genutzt. Der EigentĂŒmer Mario hat uns tĂ€glich in die Stadt gefahren und uns zur verabredeten Zeit wieder abgeholt. Es war immer eine lustige und unterhaltsame Fahrt. Mario hat uns einiges von Ischia und Casamicciola erzĂ€hlt. Wir fĂŒhlten uns mit der Zeit mehr wie Freunde, als wie GĂ€ste. Einen ganz herzlichen Dank nochmal an Mario und seine Familie! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Un site extraordinairement paisible et relaxant !

Le proprio Mario est une personne extraordinaire et généreuse !! Nous n'avions pas d'auto et chaque jour Mario nous apportait au port et revenait nous chercher (nous avions qu'à lui téléphoner). Son domaine est tellement relaxant avec une trÚs belle vue et une belle piscine. Nous pouvions souper sur place à un prix trÚs résonnable et c'était excellent ! Les déjeuner inclus étaient parfaits (fruits frais etc.)

Vaut le détour !

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour, dans un cadre magnifique. La vue sur la mer, la montagne, le jardin, et la tranquillitĂ©, plus un bruit quand on descend de voiture. la chambre n'est pas trĂšs grande mais on y passe peu de temps ! On a envie d'ĂȘtre dans le jardin Ă  se reposer, et Ă  regarder la mer. le diner est copieux, menu unique pour tous les hĂŽtes, dans une ambiance trĂšs conviviale. En revanche, je m'attendais Ă  avoir la clim dans la chambre, comme indiquĂ© sur le site hĂŽtels.com. La tempĂ©rature Ă©tait trĂšs Ă©levĂ©e dans la chambre, 28, 29, mais on a rĂ©ussi Ă  faire des courants d'air ! Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenĂȘtres mais ce n'est pas suffisant, heureusement nous avions emportĂ© ce qu'il fallait ! Sinon il faut savoir que la route pour y parvenir est trĂšs Ă©troite et qu'il faut impĂ©rativement une petite voiture ! Nous avions louĂ© une Fiat Panda, et Ă  chaque AR on craignait de rayer la voiture...Mais ça vaut le coup de trembler un peu !!! Sinon, Mario vous organise les AR si vous n'avez pas de voiture, et les taxis sont adaptĂ©s ! Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et toujours prĂȘts Ă  vous conseiller.
