"Basically you get a room. There are no additional amenities and the only reason regarding giving a four star for the staff was the disconnect in speaking English. Although it should also be up to the guest to be able to speak the local language as well it is expected that most places now will speak English or have a member staff that communicates well in English. Property is located in a tiny little Valley which is near many of the shopping stalls and is quaint but very tiny."

He welcomed us with snacks and fresh juice, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone made us feel at home and was always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend this place 100%. It was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our stay so special!"
