"Loved our stay at this quaint boutique hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We were provided carbonated and non-carbonated water daily, as well as having a plentiful a la carte breakfast included. The staff were always wonderful! The area is quiet and residential, just a few steps away from the nearest metro, but also a short walk to some wonderful Roman attractions. The areas around the hotel are beautiful and a treat to walk. Truly a gem! My only complaints might be the...

"What you see online is what you get, it was amazing quality, the room was air conditioned and you can control the temperature. The area is nice with a lot of things nearby. The metro station is about 5-10 minutes walking. The staff were kind and amazing. They were accommodating and allowed me to store my bags after I checked out. All in a all, I highly recommend and will be back if I come back to Rome."

"A good distance away from public transit, the Vatican, and good shopping. The hotel is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. Nestle was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked well. Relatively small, but perfectly adequate."

"Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person. "

"The location was ideal, close to everything without being on a busy street. Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. AC was a plus as was the small in-room fridge. This has the personal feel of being in a private apartment. Loved it!"

"Very helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Nice lounge and bar area. Very good location being close to the Metro for getting to the main sights. Only criticism is the lifts - one ground to first, second down a corridor first to upper levels. Lifts are tiny for the number of residents and it's a problem when staff are trying to use the same lifts - gave up waiting and walked down four levels."
