"The room was dirty when we arrived, toilet visibly unclean and the coffee maker had old coffee grounds still in there. Some of the silverware was also rusty. We had a sick kiddo and we asked 4 times if someone could clean our room, but no one ever came. I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself. We were extremely disappointed."
