"The young man at the front desk was very kind and understanding and tried to correct some of my complaints but I still decided to leave the property and not stay for the time I reserved. My room smelled like mold and I had to get some spray from the front desk..the carpet was FILTHY…there was a cigarette burn in the ottoman…the towels had a yellow hue and I had to request new ones because a hair was imbedded in 1 of them…a dog was barking incessantly….they say it was renovated but I think the only thing renovated was the lobby!! "

"First thought was this couldn’t be terrible. Well when I first walked in you could smell a very weird smell in the room I shouldn’t have stayed after that. The bathroom wasn’t terrible but I noticed when you turn the water on the shower pan just leaked everywhere so I def knew then there was mold but I thought it wouldn’t be bad, I woke up throwing up and having the worst head ache ever I left immediately after I felt like I could drive "

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time. "

"Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back"
