We stayed a few days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a great location and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area — it has a wonderful vibe and the music playlist there was fantastic, creating a great atmosphere. Compliments to whoever selected the music! The only small inconvenience was that there were only about 6 or 7 seats available by the pool, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it.

We loved Hotel Santa Ana. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the action in the walled city. The rooftop pool/bar is beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was really good. I gave it four stars because we had trouble with our air conditioning unit and we had a couple of hot nights when it turned off unexpectedly on its own.
