Luxe and reasonable prices hotel in the middle of

This is a great hotel. The staff goes out of there way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The room was great (number 2) and even though I street side-we heard nothing. Very well priced luxury.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel LM. It is beautifully located and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was having a terrible time with my iPhone and the concierge let me use the hotel’s mobile phone to contact my carrier to report my difficulties. I will stay at the Hotel LM again when I am next in Cartagena.

Great location in the old town

A boutique hotel of only 7 rooms. Small rooftop pool for cooling off only. Basic and dated facilities but in good working order and clean. Staff very attentive especially Oscar the bellboy/ concierge/waiter.

Service freundlich, zu teuer für was man bekommt

Wegen der Bewertungen und des Preises hatte ich hohe Erwartungen. Der Service war auch total freundlich und es gab einen Saft und Snack als Gruß auf dem Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen waren lecker. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Abends ist auf der Dachterrasse allerdings laute Musik aus der Umgebung zu hören. Deshalb war da wohl auch niemand. Leider hat das Hotel meiner Meinung nach keine wirkliche Atmosphäre. Alles wirkt etwas leblos und aus der Zeit gefallen. Außerdem ist es teilweise abgewohnt. Das passiert, aber dafür sind über 250 € / Nacht für ein Einzelzimmer einfach zu viel. Die Zimmer meines Fensters lagen zu einem Laubengang. Man musste also immer die Vorhänge zu haben, damit keiner reinschaut. Das liegt wohl an der Bauweise.

Hotel LM is truly a boutique experience as there is attention to every detail. The small number of rooms and guests allow the staff to tend to every need with care. We did not take advantage of everything the hotel has to offer because we were busy exploring Cartagena but what we did experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and it is central to everything the “ “Walled City” has to offer.

Exceptional !

I highly recommend hotel LM. The staff at LM were super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Our room with the jetted tub was romantic, and we were welcomed with coconut muffins, robes, and slippers. Check in and check out was a breeze. This hotel is also really private and not to mention has an outstanding view on the terrace. Loved it !!

Hotel LM created the most wonderful and relaxing environment. Their multilingual staff was incredibly accommodating. The rooftop and pool offered the relaxation that we desired. The cocktails made in house were perfect. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Great service put them above the others

A great, clean hotel with the most amazing, accommodating, receptive staff. There are countless beautiful hotels in Cartagena. The service puts them a step above the others. They even offered (and made) a breakfast platter for us to take to the airport because we told them we had an early flight. Location, breakfast, air conditioner- all perfect.

Perfect stay at the LM Hotel

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing trip to Cartagena and staying at the LM Hotel made it even more perfect! The room was beautiful and the roof deck pool was stunning. The service (especially Carlos!) consistently went above and beyond in every way possible to make our stay dreamy and perfect. We absolutely plan on returning!
