Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. Just that one of the daytime male front desk clerks was really rude and didn't cooperate with the mistake we made: room was for 4 people, but we came with an extra one and the guy was a real pain in the neck about it.

It was a basic tiny room for a night but well kept in an area you can walk around and find a place to eat or buy some water or juice. Friendly staff. Only one temperature water but it comes out lukewarm and I enough for shower. Overall I'd stay here again if i just needed a bed and shower. Received a breakfast on a plate and it tasted very good.

Good location is about all that there's good. No hot water is provided in the rooms. Have to shower and shave with cold water. Very thight space. Mold in the bathroom and no room to even set a toothbrush. Breakfast is very limited. Personnel is atentive

Good budget hotel, very small room
This hotel is well located in the Bocagrande area of Cartagena. It felt like a safe, walkable area. The staff here are amazing. Some, but not all, spoke English. The entire hotel is on ground level with a small, central common lounge area where there is always coffee. There is a water cooler in the lobby although tap water is drinkable. A simple, reasonable breakfast is included with fruit, juice, coffee, eggs or ham & cheese sandwich, toast, sometimes potatoes or plantains. The double room is small, about 9×10 ft, without a window except to the interior hallway. At first it seemed ok, but by the 3rd day felt way too cramped for 2 people. There is a wardrobe, in-room safe, small table but no chair. There is some space under the bed. I can usually sleep anywhere but slept poorly on the mattress. Good, cold AC, wifi that cuts in and out. Reasonable size bathroom with full size shower, toilet and sink. No shelves or hooks in the bathroom. No hot water which seems to be the norm in Cartagena. However water temperature was lukewarm vs cold. Sheets and towels were in good condition. Daily housekeeping. It was quiet at night, but often very noisy hallways from early morning to late evening. The hotel is oriented to Colombian couples and families. Overall, good for a short stay but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.

Good location and good price. I just needed a cheap no-frills hotel for 1 night in Bocagrande and that was fine. Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was good. There’s nothing luxurious about it. Room was small and had no window but I didn’t care. Hotel was quiet. I wouldn’t go there with my girlfriend but alone, on the cheap, it was good.

The hotel is well located, it is basically a hostel, the rooms are clean but extremelly small, it can't not be called a hotel. It could be noisy specially in the mornings at breakfast time, they have the dishwashing room in the middle of the main hall. The staff is friendly.

The hotel locación is excelente the staff ver y professional. Have a los Of Restaurant and shopping Store. Tve most y importante is the rooms clean and good air. Good for the prive. We love it and recommended!!

Clean affordable hotel
We were very pleased overall with the hotel. Good location, exceptionally friendly staff. the hotel is quiet, clean and a good value for the money. You will need to speak Spanish as none of the staff speaks English, was not a problem for us.

should be described as HOSTEL not a hotel or suite
the name is deceiving, it should not have the word SUITES, this is more of a hostel with its own bathroom. If you are going alone and want something cheap with good breakfast, then its fine but the rooms were extremely small and the hallway is noisy. Would not recommend for 2 people. The staff was nice but you have to speak spanish.

I had no idea this hotel does have Hot water . Never would have stay there is I know that. The hotel advertises Wi FI but does not have it. 3 days I see Wi FI but 3 days no working. They say its down in the area. This is false because next door had Wi Fi I walk next door to get it. Walls paper thin, you can hear the neighbor going to the bathroom among other things. Breakfast is weak, White Bread, 2 Eggs so so No Internet a deal Breaker I will not be back!

El hotel Azuan Suites es de habitaciones pequeñas, estrechas. No hay espacio para moverse. En los corredores, después de las 10:00 de la noche y al amanecer se escuchan voces altas y risas de huéspedes sin respeto por el sueño ajeno. Cuando nos regustramos al llegar nos cobraron un IVA que no había sido anunciado. Pensamos que estaba incluido en la tarifa pagada a la hora de la reserva. Este cobro imprevisto fue de muy mal gusto. Por último, a este precario hotel lo salva la amabilidad de sus trabajadores. Son excepcionales. Gracias.

Mi experiencia en Azuan
El hotel ofrece muy buenas comodidades, el servicio de limpieza excelente, la habitación fue confortable, no muy amplia pero se podía descansar. Tiene servicio de desayuno lo cual es un punto muy positivo, además de estación de café permanente y hacían aseo a diario en la habitación. Lo único por mejorar, el ruido que hacen en la mañana (se sentía bastante en la habitación del pasillo) y la disponibilidad de una toma corriente para cargar los celulares, ya que la de la habitación estaba ocupada por el teléfono y la del baño no servía. Por todo lo demás lo recomiendo.
