Very nice boutique hotel. I had no problem with check-in and staff was respectful. The room was very clean and the fridge came stocked with water and local beer. The cleaning staff was so kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area that is walkable with many restaurants, convenience stores and a couple minutes walk to the beach.

The place was a short drive away from the beach. Parking was convenient. The space was clean and included, a bathroom, kitchen, fridge, tv and other amenities. I found it comfortable.

Had a great time when I was here. The staff was wonderful! especially Mileydis, the waitress in their restaurant, and Jonathan in the reception area. Instead than eating outside, I would suggest going to the GIO restaurant. The meal is much fresher, cheaper and better. Go to the hotel's beach if you haven't reserved one. Excellent security, privacy, and quietness. The DJ was a smash, and the food and beverages were both excellent. Jesus, the tour leader, deserves a shoutout. He made a fantastic host. This hotel won't let you down. Try it out.

The staff pretended to be nice. We were charged an additional fee for my husband who joined me after my 2nd night there. They reason being because of the breakfast included. We could have spent just $2 and got a pretty good breakfast elsewhere. The charges were equal to another hotel night stay. Ridiculous! The. Shower leaked water all the into the bedroom and the bathroom had a putrid odor as well.

Noisy...i mean serious noise from the road from party buses and vehicles day and night. Breakfast was okay. No inner curtain screens despite room facing the road so we couldn't open the drapes. No fridge in room and the hand soap smells like heavy duty institutional cleaner. Bathroom window is barely tinted so you can see into other bathrooms and i assume they can see into yours...wth!

Desayuno con variedad de opciones, excelente servicio del personal, muy atentos todos. La zona es 100% segura, acceso al transporte, tranquila el transitar en dia y noche, múltiples opciones de comida, a menos de 2 cuadras para la playa, a 5 minutos en taxi/Uber para ir al muelle, q te lleva a las diferentes Islas. Y de ahi del mueble, caminando a 3 minutos llegas al Getzamani, donde las noches de fiesta nunca faltan. Definitivamente una excelente ubicación del Hotel Gio

Quarto Limpo, atendimento dos funcionarios maravilhoso, localização otima, proxima de muitos restaurantes, mercado, e praia de Bocagrande. Unico problema foi a qualidade do Wifi que não funcionava no quarto, inclusive na televisão.
