Quick and Easy for a low key stay

Simple self check in with no hotel staff. Rooms.were clean and comfortable, not much in terms of hotel amenities but communication was excellent on Whatsapp and provided good value.

We loved it!

The boutique hotel is cute, rhe room was spacious, and slthe service was phenomenal. The only thing is that you can hear the people next door, but they provided earplugs for it. The room is beautifully decorated and very centric to la Ciudad Amurallada. We had a great time!

This "hotel" does not have a front desk or concierge but there is someone available at all times via WhatsApp and the cleaning staff were available if we needed. The rooms were absolutely charming with lovely murals. Location could not have been better. Walking to everything within Cartagena's old city. It wasn't noisy on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, but as there is a bar downstairs (seems to be same management), it likely is more noisy Thurs- Saturday. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very comfy mattress and pillow but very loud music

This is a well located hotel. I arrived very early from Europe and they did not allow me to check in a minute earlier. The mattress and pillow were super comfy and whilst staff were friendly, they also run a pub right below the hotel, which was incredibly loud all day long. I never got my welcome drink. I enjoyed my stay but I’m sure there are better options out there.

It was such an easy place to be. There was about an hour of the day when the bar downstairs got a little loud, but it was barely noticeable. The staff were great and very accommodating and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Worth checking out

This was a nice boutique hotel as the name suggested. There were not many rooms in the hotel which made it a nice and quiet space after the loud crowds of the city center. The staff were friendly with recommendations on where to eat when asked and the cleaning staff left my room immaculate everytime even straightening my clothes. Amazing experience

This Hotel is very central, leaving you close to busses and boats, walking routes, etc.The room, although small was cute and nicely decorated. I was right in the lobby. When cleaning staff came in early (about 6:30), I could hear them greeting each other and speaking loudly. Try not to stay in the lobby if possible.

Room is really cute and unique in its decor. It can be a bit noisy but the hotel provides ear plugs. Location is superb. Bed is extremely comfortable. The only weird thing is that, even though there’s a separate entrance to the hotel, you have to go through the bar downstairs. There’s no front desk. Still, a very pleasant and cute boutique hotel

Charming hotel. Beautiful and historic but not so clean/safe area. One evening I was offered "white coffee" 60 times in on a 60 minute walk. There is only a partial wall between the beroom and toilet. We were promised a welcome drink - didn't get one.

Great stay! Much better than I expected. The reviews made it seem like rooms are dark but mines had 2 windows you just can’t open them. There is AC and it works great! Very clean. Walls are thin, but they provide earplugs. Service was excellent! Eddie was very helpful. There is a bar that offers food inside the hotel. Very walkable too!

If you don't want to sleep at night.

The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, excellent housekeeper, comfortable beds,but it has a bar with extremely loud music until the wee hours of the morning. Bartenders are inconsiderate and do not care if guests sleep or not. I was able to get 3 hrs of sleep at night. I was getting ill by the time I left. There's no front desk receptionist..

Our room was downstairs right next to the check in desk. We were not comfortable with that set up. But this is the only room with 2 full beds is what we were told. And we needed 2 full beds in the room. This room lacks in chairs and space to put things. Breakfast is average at best. Staff is helpful as long as you can converse with them in Spanish or translate app. Be aware of the noise from the bar. Very annoying when someone opens the door between lobby and the bar kitchen. Best thing going for this place is location. Excellent !!! We walked all over the place and was super convenient.
