Deceiving pictures. If you want to stay at a two star hotel and pay for a 4-star, this is your place. Incredibly deteriorated for a 8y/o building. Finishes were cheap, maintenance poor, food not great and service below average. Pretty outdated even though the building is not that old. Amazing location and views; and pool itself is nice… but not the services and quality you’d expect. If this was a 2 star hotel and I had paid half I would be satisfied

Great staff great location! The girl at the little desk on the side of the lobby who set us up with the boat adventure to Ibiza island was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, she recommended us to visit this place. She was right! we had a wonderful time.

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. The room we stayed had a great ocean view. But we had bo hot water, the a/c only worked partially, the electric and USB outlets didn't work, we couldn't call to report these problems became our phone didn't work either. We reported all of these at tbe front desk but nothing was done about it in tbe 2 days we stayed.

The property was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Drawbacks were no washcloths or hot water. The water for the shower was lukewarm. The pool was very nice.

Hotel is nice overall. Nice views. Staff are very nice and do a good job with maintaining the place. I do not recommend the food from the hotel, we did all inclusive and it was not enjoyable at all. We ended up eating out the rest of the time we were there.

The service, personnel was excellent. The hotel has great location is in front of the beach, but it doesn’t has chairs or umbrellas . You have to rent those items to other people. First time I experience these discomfort, usually you don’t bring money to the beach especially if your hotel it is on front of the beach

You have to clean the carpet in the elevator, why is water only available the first day? As other mentionned the food is not a 4*! There is a need for hanging more clothes/towells in the rrom. The window view is nice.

The room is the best I have ever had with the huge window taking up the whole wall facing the ocean. Huge room stunning view . The all inclusive food was not worth it For me, lots of people lots of kids not a lot of room to sit kind of hot not that clean. But still a cool place to stay . Beach in front was awesome and swimable. Not one vendor bothered me. It was worth my money. Next to mall and tons of food.

Not too old of an hotel, yet, build very poorly. No closet in room. It rained and my room had water on the floor. Refrigerator bar was totally empty; my other room was full…no hand towels; only bath, so you have to ask for hand towels(every day)… Location is good, by the beach and shopping area. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not continental but only Colombian style…nice view from the room!

The property location was great and transportation was plenty. The pool bar attendants, lobby coffee bar attendant, and the front door staff were great. The food served in the Dubai Restaurant was good and different daily. The front desk attendants at check in were rude and the Dubai Restaurant staff was horrible. The restaurant serves coffee for dinner but milk or cream is not put out. 2 out of 5 nights when we asked we could get milk, the other 3 we were told milk is not offered and can not be brought out at dinner. The cleanliness of the room was less than average. Toilet paper and supplies were not restocked daily, the floor was gritty day after day, the string to dry items in the bathroom was moldy, and the shower door would not stay closed. If we visit Cartagena again, we would stay elsewhere.

Very bad experience. Pay the same and go somewhere else for more. Dont get fooled by the name. The images are deceiving. This property needs urgent renovation. The see-through floor squeaks when you step on it. The service was terrible. Water was dripping into the bedroom. I asked the front desk 4 times to fix the water leaqu nonone showed up. When you call the front desk, no one never picks up. I spent 20 minutes daily drying puddles in the bedroom. The all-inclusive is only worth for the comfort and time efficiency. But the food meets minimum aceptable standards. We found a hair ingraved on piece of bread. As far as the drinks go, the bartender does not even know what kind of beer they offer. It did not taste like I wanted another one. I'd rather pay for something with a lable. The hard liquor was whiskey in a slushy. When i asked about the type of whiskey, she didn't have an answer. If you dont stack up with water during the day, be prepared to pay at night. Let's just not talk about the guym. If for any reason you still decide to stay here, make sure you call and ask about additional charges. We were charged additional "tax" on top of expedia tax. Basically, we got taxed twice, and or you can say trump tarrifs are expanding

Nothing Good About This Hotel, everything is in disrepair or old and outdated, this place can't be a 4 Star like in the expedia site, we felt cheated out our money, and the most amazing thing is that expedia did not give us a refund due to the property denies refunding us, the property offer another room and food vouchers to try to make us stay and the manager excuse the issues blaming a next door construction that was not mentioned on the time of booking.

Very deceptive and price insane

Very deceptive, compared to the photos… Breakfast impossible in a four stars with so bad and rare products! The room rate (for foreigners only? The visitors were exclusivy colombians)) is insane compared to this old hôtel… The day before, we paied less for a stage in the Hilton of Santa Marta, with high standarts and amazing buffet…
