"There was a lack of support to get help unloading our items. There was only one bellman to take our bags up. I would have been fine with loading ourselves but they don't allow guests to use the carts. We waited 30 min to get help. More support for check in would be great."

"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones ..."
