"We stayed in a suite for a girls trip to Eureka Springs. The room was overall clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at the size. Front desk was friendly and it was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay again."

But the walk back up from the lake was hard on us. My husband has copd and i had hip surgery not long ago. Just wish there was a better way up and down. But we give it all in all. A 99 out of 100. "We had a wonderful time exploring the property and hearing the history. The staff went above an beyond before even asking. The food was excellent. The spa was relaxing. The best part was that we had something to do at the hotel at all times. While waiting for our next adventure, we were not just stuck waiting in our room. we visited with other guests, played games and relaxed in the many comfort areas in and around the hotel. A true resort. "
