My reservation was not accepted when I got there. They had the reservation but couldn't honor it because, I was told, that they didn't have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned. They did have a suite available for more money (not a lot) so I took that. When I went to check out, there was no one there to take the key card. I...

"Tiny bathrooms with less than great cleaning. Stained pillowcases and sheets. Air conditioning was cold. Glad I only was there to sleep for a few hours and not spend a lot of time there. I would not have stayed more than one night."
