"The Staff was friendly ......."

"Location was great and staff were kind and helpful, however the room itself was not maintained well and had mold and mildew. We almost had to cut our stay short if it weren’t for the can of Lysol we sprayed everywhere and after tying up the curtains. We couldn’t close them due to not being able to breathe when they were shut. I’m not sure if it’s the HVAC or just a general layout of the building is not equipped for the constant wet air. Maybe they can invest in a dehumidifier. Even the tv stand was rotting away. "

"I asked for several things that I never received. This is so small and didn't even have ice, and I was very unhappy there I left a day early because I needed to get out of there "

"The room was very clean and well appointed. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes and silverware. I only wish we could have check in earlier. We will stay again."

"Staff was very pleasant. Cleanliness was horrible sheets and pillows full of stains and black hairs. Floors were not swept or moped. Toilet was dirty. We swept our own floor changed our pillow cases and slept on top of the beds after purchasing our own blankets at walmart. And bought cleaning supplies to clean our toilet. Very disappointed in the Cleanliness. Otherwise was within walking distsnce of everything. The pirates cove restaurant next door was amazing. The service and staff were amazing. The food was hot and fresh each time we stopped. Definitely worth dtopping to eat. "

"Sadly, as perfect as this property and check-in was, we were very disappointed that the pool and fire pits were not available. This was a trip we had planned with our granddaughter for a few months now and mainly because of the pool. If we had known it would not be open, we would not have chosen this hotel. With it being Spring Break and especially seeing other hotels with their open pools, we aren’t sure why this happened. Also, the fire pits were unusable and when we went to inquire, the staff had left for the night. For such a beautiful property, please do better with your amenities for other families who may be coming from afar. We traveled from Virginia. "

"The hotel was quite and clean great location it was perfect it was walking distance to everything. Nice pool . only down side I wish the breakfast was free instead of having to pay but other then that we will definitely be back again "

"Carolina Beach Inn was so beautiful nice and clean, but the only thing that I didn’t like is that if your dog barks, you cannot have a later checkout"
