"Positives: Great hotel, clean and on the beach. Newly remodeled, very convenient and very cute. Needs improvement: mattresses too soft; reception guy needs a customer service training-very cold and dismissive, not welcoming.... Great stay otherwise!"

"This was a first time here for me. You can tell that there have been some recent renovations and they were great. The room was cozy. The bedding was very comfortable. My biggest impact was made by the amazing staff at check in. The lady up front had the most inviting personality. She made us feel welcome immediately. We had a small issue at check in but her and her supervisor were on it without any delay. I want to say thanks to these two awesome folks. (Nichole / Oscar). Would definitely recommend this place."

Thank you to Mr. MIKE for allowing us to check in early and to let us pick what floor we wanted to stay in, of course the kids picked the highest on the 7th floor, we loved the fireworks, had an amazing view from our private ocean view balcony! We will be back soon! & SECURITY IS GREAT HERE since you need a key(card) to have access to the building and amenities as in the pool etc."
