"I made reservations the night before at 5:50 pm and when I tried calling the front desk after 6:00 NO ONE picked up. I called from 5:50 pm until 11 pm and no one picked up. I sent an email to the property. Had EXPEDIA try and they couldn’t get them either- they were no help. We had to stay elsewhere and make reservations elsewhere that were more expensive. Someone called the next day after 10 am! It was too late. It took a while but I got refunded."

"Staying at Lula’s was such a treat! Tammy made every aspect of our stay comfortable. Each morning a yummy breakfast was made to order from 1 of 3 choices each day. Ein kurzer persönlicher Empfang mit Einweisung wäre hilfreich gewesen, so muss wir mehrfach den Gastgeber per WhatsApp kontaktieren, um unsere Fragen zu platzieren.
