"The place is very tired and not well maintained. The amenities are not user friendly - e.g. getting into and out of the kayaks from the high dock is very challenging - my daughter fell into the water. There is a shortage of amenities. They were very late picking us up."

"We had an excellent stay at the Radisson in Colon. The staff here was exceptionally friendly. The front desk attendants Javier and Yelenis took great care of us. They accommodated all our needs seamlessly, and the bartender and restaurant provided excellent service. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Panama. "

"We had jungle villa 3 which had been renovated and updated recently. Also came with a plunge pool. It’s a beautiful property and you get to experience all noises of the jungle. We saw red frogs (3) and a sloth and monkeys. We stayed 2 nights and felt good about that as the restaurants were limited and we could count ok in our villa but didn’t feel like it. I would definitely recommend for those looking to get away from crowds and experience nature in a very comfortable setting."

"Refused to allow us to arrive early stating they did not have space - simply not true..it is a very large compound with many places to hang out. They need more staff - the owners are working too hard and seemed burned out. "
