"Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. "

The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...

"5 stars. I had the best experience at Southern Corner Motel & Restaurant. The staff were the nicest and most helpful people. They made a custom vegan dish for me and it was excellent. The room was clean and quiet and I slept great. On-site washer and dryer were a big plus. They also helped arrange transportation to the ferry. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention.
