The infinity pool was freezing because the heater wasnt working but was never told that when booking 3 150.00 chairs. I was a struggle to get a refund. When checking in we paid 150.00 early check-in. It was only an hour before actual check-in that we were allowed to check-in. They would not give us a refund. "

"Rooms were not very clean. 10% of staff were very friendly (Edisa was very helpful) 90% of staff were rude, not paying attention, and discriminating based on race profile (serving better to non-Spanish-speaking people all over the place) Service in restaurants was very badly organized, they ran out of glasses, cups, forks, spoons, and knives very fast and were not replenishing asap. Room next door had guests smoking in their terrace, and their smoke could be smelled from our terrace; not sure if hotel has strict policies about smoking in terraces or other open places. Pools, beach, and night shows were OK."
