"We found the resort to be a beautifully designed property with its excellent central pool system running down between the buildings. The food on offer at the buffet and individual restaurants was in keeping with a five star hotel. "

"I Normally never write reviews but I felt compelled. Upon arrival the room was not ready at 3p no problem I’ll kill some time. They set me up with someone (very lovely guy) to show me around and set me up for a “special breakfast” at the nice resort next door. The room was ready some time around 4p. The sheets were not clean and the room had lot of mosquitoes. Don’t bother to put the do not disturb on door because the maids will just come in. Went for my “special breakfast” come to find out was a sales patch for timeshares. It was a weird interaction some man comes up to me and says well this is an hour presentation so if you’re not interested you don’t have to and if not no “special breakfast”. The next day another guy came up and asked what happened apologized and was like no it will be quick come to a “special lunch”. And last diarrhea, headache, chills fever ended my trip with a case salmonella poisoning. I would say not the best experience in my 3 night stay. "

"While there were a few lovely staff members, the staff in general were unfriendly and unhelpful. Very family friendly for young children. The use of the tennis courts and pool table are an extra charge which can add up quickly if you have active teenagers. Food was adequate, nothing exemplary or notable. Subpar compared to other all inclusive brands. "

"Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. We enjoyed every restaurant. Have to admit, we were disappointed at lunch time, as you had to change from beachwear to clothes to eat at restaurants, unless you ordered from pool/beach server and that would take 1/2 to 45 min to arrive somewhat cold or dry. Menu would only offer burger, hot dog or nachos. Very nice staff. Beautiful beach. "

"Staff was friendly but not over joyful to greet you or always with a smile on their face. Sometimes it did seem like you were bothering them but, if you try with them their mood will pick up. The place was very clean the beach was picked up after everyday. They are organized with entertainment scheduling and what they put on for the staff. Food is good you’ll be able to find something for everyone "
