"Photos of the rooms make it look amazing but this property is run down. To be fair, there is considerable work being done to update several areas around the property. Unfortunately that meant a lot of construction to weave through while walking around the property. Food and pool area are good. Staff are hit or miss. Some are amazing (Francisco), and others ambivalent. One receptionist (Natalie) who was helping us book a tour through the hotel never contacted the tour company. So we didn’t...
