"Good location -Bed divine - executive room did not include dressing gown and was £10 per person which was not a deposit! Made trip back from pool awkward Air con good , fridge useless-bathroom nice but quite worn looking . Spacious room with nice extras including 2 drinks Wi fi good Didn’t have food , bar only serving wine and beer later on Saturday evening and moved into the lobby. If hospitality are struggling then surprised you are not looking to sell cocktails!"

"On the downside, it was extremely hot inside the corridors and our room, something one of the staff agreed with. The only way to ventilate our room was to use two glasses to hold the sash windows open as they wouldn't stay open on their own. The stairwell decor could do with a freshen up. On the positive side, the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast good and plentiful. The hotel was perfectly positioned for our event at Sophia Gardens. There were two easily accessible car parks and the staff were very friendly helpful."

"Had a nice stay at the Hilton, clean comfortable and great location. Slightly dated in areas (pool, and room) and lacking atmosphere in the bar (no background music). After spending £294 a night we were disappointed to find that we needed to pay an extra £10 per session to use the pool. We were not notified about this on reception which was disappointing. The hotel do offer a discount code on the NCP carpark which is a stones throw away, although this is still incredibly expensive. Lovely gesture of a balloon and cake for my son’s birthday which was a very well received when we entered our room."
