"We really liked this property. The bed was super comfortable. Location great although you cannot pull up outside. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. In fact all staff we encountered were super friendly. The only negative for me was, like so many other hotels, the lighting was not great in the room making it difficult to do hair or makeup. Plus no shelf/dressing table area even though room was spacious. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend to others."

"Really great staff. The room was spacious and some nice touches. Air con would have been good but the fan in room was welcome. Was expecting a bit of noise but didn't notice anything. Breakfast was tasty but was unsure what was/not included. Great location for stadium which is why we stayed there. Would go again for sure."

"A very enjoyable stay. Room clean, basic & all mod cons. A fan in the room proved invaluable in the hot weather. Had lunch & a drink in the pub below. Very friendly. Didn't hear any noise at night but was on the top floor. Great location & anly a 20 minute walk to Cardiff city centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...
