"You will love this charming BnB in an old French house, in a small town between Carcassonne, Narbonne, and Minerve village. Owners Chris and Paul are just wonderful, we had a beautiful high ceilinged room. We enjoyed the beautiful pool to cool off in every day, and the lovely garden paths. Breakfast is great. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Great location. "

"The house is well-decorated, very clean, and home-like. The bathroom was clean (the small bathroom was separate from the shower and washing room) and I loved the airy feel of the hardwood floors. The dining room where we brunch was also welcoming. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They offered us a discount for tickets to see the castle. "Had a lovely stay at La Betyna. Leila and Pasqal were great hosts, they provided restaurants and shopping recommendations in the Old City of Carcassone which is about 10-minute drive from hotel. Within walking distance theres the Chateau de Pennautier a winery-restaurants definitely worth a visit. Look forward to another stay at La Betyna."

"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "

"In a fabulous location, right next to the walled town. Accommodation basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. We were able to borrow a kettle and use the laundry facilities. Cooking facilities not very good and reception closed between 12 and 3 so no check in during these times. Reception staff helpful but limited language. Parking available at extra cost."
