Our flight was cancelled from London Gatwick, not our fault. So we couldn't get into Italy because The Air Traffic Contol Tower had been infected. So we claimed a refund from the hotel as we couldn't get there and we were not offered any other flight's or solutions, and the hotel refused to refund us and there was nothing we could do about it. Under the Atol protection we were covered but still they refused to refund us. Very poor!

Struttura moderna, pulita e con ottimi servizi. Colazione completa e varia. Ristorante di ottimo livello, personale molto piacevole e gentile. Piscina pulitissima e davvero bella. Tanto posteggio anche interrato. Veramente un ottimo hotel, un punto di riferimento per molti. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccellente. Grazie, mi sono sentito come a casa. Unico piccolo neo, l'orario del check out un po' troppo presto, nulla di tremendo comunque.

Absolutely great service and polite staff. Breakfast had lots of options, and they serve delicious pastries. The only problem is the town. Doesn't offer much, so you better rent a car to move to other areas.
