The toilet is very smelly, the aircondition is badly need an upgrade. The water pressure is bad aswell. And the the boat trip we have from the hotel came very late too bad service. Please do improve it.

Well to start the property is next to a pig pen so it smells bad. The room was DIRTY! Under the bed was very dusty, and it looked like it hasnt been cleaned for awhile. The toilet bowl has urine ALL OVER! The shower does not work, but was not disclosed. The water in the drum was VERY DIRTY! Theres dirt and particles inside and the drum itself is moldy! My wife ended up cleaning the drum and the toilet bowl that has urine all over it! I am not exaggerating this! When i talked to the manager he stated that the room was cleaned and the the drum was just filled with water....DIRTY WATER! The place was poorly managed. Too bad cause it has great potential, just poorly managed. We didnt have a choice but to stay there for 1 night because it was very late already but we LEFT first thing in the morning. I would`ve given it 0 star but unfortunately it is not an option.

The care taker is a awesome guy trying his best to make sure we had everything we need. All the locals are very friendly and willing to provide anything. The room was clean but needed some attention like power outlets and repairs, windows, floor. A little fridge in the room would be great. Awesome view. Thanks to Chay was a pleasure to talk too.

It was home away from home. The owner, Mr. Lorenzo Beton made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our stay in Caramoan- our first visit to the place. We were provided not only with lunch but also with table and seats for our island hopping.
The place is also a 5-minute walk to the foot of the Lady of Peace shrine, located 530 steps (although the locals say it is about 700 steps) above the street-level entrance. Up there you will see the coastline of Caramoan and the islands dotting the Philippine Sea.

Good experience
would like to thank the owner & staffs of mamima BNB. Hands On and superb service. We arrived early in the morning, climbing up the place was breathtaking but the view was as breathtaking too 😁.
They were shocked by our request to have our island hopping right away, but still they were the one who arrange everything! the boat for our island hopping even our food in the island were freshly cooked and prepared, complete with utensils,cups &paper plates with toyo calamansi and sili pa. They also make sure that before we start our activity, we are done with our breakfast that they also prepared. Take note they don’t charge us for our boat. We paid directly to the boat owner. We felt like we’re taking cared by our own MOTHER. My family love the room. We had a good sleep after a tiring but happy day. Promising CARAMOAN.I hope caramoan tourism will regulate their tourist spots here, it surely a big help for the hotel owners as well as the community and obc the nature.
