"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. "The staff was courteous and helpful (my husband sprained his ankle and they assisted with luggage and medical support). Excellent buffet breakfast (lots of vegan offerings). We really enjoyed pur stay!"

"This location is perfect. Just outside of the B&B are tons of restaurants, stores and entertainment areas. Everything was walking distance. The room itself was impeccable, clean and comfortable. The host offered multiple snacks and a mini fridge. She was accommodating of our late arrival and even helped us carry the luggage up the stairs! She also recommended a couple of dinner spots and put us in contact with a taxi service. My only complaint is the stairs. Be prepared to carry luggage up...

Everything about this place checked the box, Very comfortable for longer stays, super clean, gorgeous view, comfortable bed, and spacious room. Kitchen had all the necessities, great water pressure in the shower which is hard to find in the buildings in Europe. "
