"Everything was lovely, except for our 5 hour boat ride we arranged with the hotel. The boat was having engine issues and was very slow. Because of this we visited no villages and stopped only at a village for lunch. Very disappointed. "

"Very clean hotel in great location from Airport, we checked in at 2am and it wasn’t a problem. Handy shuttle taxi to airport for only 5 euros, just remember to book in advance. Plenty busses from airport into central Milan. Recommend for late night flights into Bergamo "

"The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. "We spent a wonderful week here in September 2025. From the moment we arrived to departure, the staff could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position looking down over lake Garda. The facilities are perfect, the Spa and sauna are great and the massage treatment worked a treat. Free parking and free shuttle down to the town of Salo. The extensive breakfast was the perfect start to the day, whether that is chilling in the hotel or taking a trip around lake...
