"I was disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator or an ice bucket. They did finally bring me a fridge about an hour after I requested one. When I first stepped into the unit, the I saw a big bug in the bathroom. Fortunately, that was the only one."

"Our experience was very disappointing. While we were sleeping, the headboard of our bed suddenly fell off, which was both shocking and concerning from a safety standpoint. What made it even more concerning was that the back of the headboard had numerous scratches and marks, making it seem like this was not the first time it had happened. We also had an issue with the bathtub, as the water would not drain properly. We reported both problems to the front desk, but all we received was an apology...

"No juices or hot coffee present at breakfast. Pool water greenish snd swampy and only ice machine in facility is not working. In room coffee pot missing liser drawer that holds coffee pods so inly able to use it for hot water. These folks especially corporate owners can do a much better job."
