"Had to call front desk, tv would not turn on. Turned out it was totally unplugged, as was the phone—so returning to our room at 11:30 at night, we had no phone because someone disconnected it…we thought both things unplugged was rather strange. Refrigerator ran loudly all night. Got up to shower the next morning and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Thank goodness my husband had the foresight to bring a travel sized bottle."

"While the hotel itself is fine we reached out before through the expedia platform when we made the booking requesting a late checkout. Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. "The hotel was great . Didn’t go to Casino but the Harness Racing on property was a nice extra. The Hotel shuttle was so convenient just call them and they will take you downtown, to SPAC for concerts or anywhere you want to go"

"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. "I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay."
