"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. "The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing! So I went to use the outside sauna to warm up, and it was locked and not in service, no note or explanation . The restaurant and bar were nice. I’m surprised the Arbor Spa is inside the...

"Free Parking and plenty of spaces, clean rooms and Friendly staff"

"The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"Completely different from advertised. Room smelled, carpet was filthy, I wouldn't shower there if I was on fire."

"The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)"
