"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. "Overall, our one-night stay was fine, but nothing really exemplary. We stayed in a two- bedroom on the 8th floor. The space and the beds were a bit small, so it feels like you were mostly paying for the beautiful shore view. Everything else were on the pricier side, but generally ok. The biggest plus was the convenience, as it was the venue for my daughter's gala that evening. The staff though were generally welcoming."

"We had an upgraded King room and it was amazing! Very large space with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a luxury property. The bathroom floors were heated which was a nice plus! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a nightclub in the hotel and if it’s a weekend, you will hear the music. We just played some white noise and it wasn’t too bad."
