"Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend. "

"Nothing going on at the hotel, restaurants weren’t open, no entertainment! 2 lovely pool areas with not enough umbrellas and one without access to a bar. The hotel itself is nice, staff are friendly and it’s convenient for both the parks and Salou centre. "
"Lovely property, great rooms - amazing pool. VERY standard food options and the bar was not very atmospheric. The staff I met were lovely though and really wanted us to relax. Concierge and management were completely the opposite though and very rude, even at check in.
I’d go back just for the staff and the guests we met who come year on year - I would eat outside though "
"Very nice room and everything was clean and well kept. Enjoyed the dining options at the restaurant. Easy walk for shopping and dining out and great views. Staff was amazing.Parking is a major issue if you have to park somewhere and elevator was out for awhile."

"This was a really lovely hotel, cleanliness was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast and the dinner choice was, on the whole, very good also - some evenings better than others. It is a great choice for families with plenty of facilities and clubs to keep the children busy .

It is located perfectly and is lovely and clean.
The food was very nice every evening also with a nice choice.
The staff are friendly and the seaside rooms have a great view.
We had a ‘bad ‘ neighbor for 3 nights which spoiled it a bit for us with constant noise. The reception did call up and warned them which we were glad of after I phoned down.
I cannot blame the hotel for this for sure as they were young kids ….

"Nice clean hotel. Great bar and staff lovely. Pool quite small and tagging of beds was problematic so ended up going beach instead. Animation team brill and evening entertainment was ok. Food was very nice but salty. Plenty choice and different theme each day. Good value for money. "

Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident.
Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round.
Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning.

The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only.

"On a whole the hotel was decent. The rooms & bathrooms were nice.
I was not impressed by the standard of the cleaners. There was dust in the rooms that had been there for days & they used dirty mops. I had numerous amounts of others people's hair left in my shower tray and bathroom floor. In addition, they never made up the beds.
Also, the food was not the greatest. Food was under cooked on certain dishes & some food items were not fresh. The glasses, cutlery & plate cleaning could do with improving as there were a few occasions were food was still left on them after being cleaned."
