"Overall the hotel was good. The bathroom fan was very noisy when on. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. For the price it was good. Breakfast was very repetitive. Overall. Front staff was great and very helpful with tours."

"What a beautiful location for a resort. Hiking and the ocean right out there in front of the hotel. A great staff that is friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and resort is spotless. Also centrally located for travel to all of the sites. Loved our stay!"

"This boutique hotel was our home for a week while we explored the island and it worked. Very centrally located in the tiny streets the parking is a 5 minute walk away. The room had zero shelving to put anything is my biggest complaint. But it was clean and they have a central fridge and microwave you can use. All in all would stay again."

"Great hotel, very clean and good amenities (spa is a plus, with sauna and jacuzzi). My only suggestion would be to increase the internal pool and jacuzzi’s water temperature, since is was unusual cold weather for this time of the year. "

"Phillipe greeted us with warmth and kindness. Breakfast buffet was good and well maintained, supper buffet was often less maintained and rarely had food in all the food warmers and generally lacked dessert options other that gelatin like items. "This is a really nice hotel in a great location with a wonderfully helpful and courteous staff. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay in Ponta Delgada. The whole place is well maintained and in terrific shape. The breakfast was nice and had a lot more variety than several other places I’ve stayed at in The Açores. Everything was really good. There’s also free parking nearby. It’s located on a very narrow street, so just take care when checking in and out....
