"We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

The complex was very quiet and well-located for restaurants, shops and the local bus. We particularly appreciated the private transfers to and from the airport and the opportunity to visit Port Douglas for the Sunday market. Lisa and Peter were very congenial and helpful hosts and we loved our stay."

Our unit was noisy from the shops carpark next door, last year we were higher up and didn’t notice the noise as much. A great location within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and across the road from the beach. Trinity Beach is a beautiful place to holiday."
