Hilton Cairns
The room was lovely with a little view of the ocean, however they must have had new staff and we had an issue with wifi and the app required for the garage. She took ages and finally another staff helped her and said we could as we had an appointment to attend.

Southern Cross Atrium Apartments
The apartment has no elevator. We stayed at 3rd floor and was hard to carry heavy luggage to it. The AC is not cool at all. I don't recommend the 3rd floor living especially during the hot summer due to AC inefficiency.

Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa
Really lovely place, nice idea with the pool interlocking all the accomodation. One thing, it could do with a bit of a spruce & attention to detail. It’s a bit tired looking.
