"Would have benefitted from luggage carrier with rain protection given distance from parking lot to hotel. Apart from that, everything was wonderful and as advertised."

"We travelled as a family of four for a three-night stay and stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The rooms were not adjoining, but shared a private entrance, which worked well for us. "Great rooms etc, but very bad for food choices and way overpriced for food. Breakfast choice is only a buffet at 42$ per head and the spread seems to be slightly stale bread, cold perhaps one day to 2 day old pastries etc. Definitely will avoid breakfast there for sure. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight....

"I stayed in a room at the front of the building, on the 4th floor. I didn't need an accessible room, but that is what I got. The room size was great- it was very spacious. The bed was comfy, and the shower hot. Being on the 4th floor at the front it was noisy with truck/traffic noise overnight. The accessible bathroom meant that it was very open, with no shower cubicle. The shower next to the toilet led to a wet toilet seat after the shower. No fan in the bathroom led to a steamy room, where...

"Cairns plaza hotelnis a 3 star hotel but I wi rate as 4 star definately. Very clean, stuff is friendly. Thannks to Lyv, the receptionist, she has been amazing and very helpful! Makes guests really feel welcome:) one negative thing onky are the matresses are very uncomfortable. But if needed I will definately come back to Cairns Plaza hotel again."
