"Great location in the rain forest within a few steps of a glorious beach. So quiet, with no distractions ( no mobile or wifi coverage). Chalet was fairly basic, but comfortable. On site restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner."

"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."

"Situated on an amazing island and in a beautiful national park; but resort looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean and spruce up. Beach cabin room was lovely right on the beach but no bedside lamps or low lighting. Main restaurant food was good but pricey; Foxy’s bar / casual eatery was great with awesome views - our fave spot. Overall a good experience in an amazing natural environment but could have been better with some small improvements."

However, room service was terrible. iPad menu in the room went blank, so had to order room service by phone and waited more than an hour. Eventually we had to cancel it because it was running too late and we had to go out. Booked 2 bedroom suites, the carpet in the living room smells really bad and been allergic throughout the stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Non wonder why the room always has a...

"Loved my stay at these apartments. Overall complex was gorgeous and gave hotel vibes. Location was fantastic - place was walking distance to the trinity beach restaurants and direct across from the beach, trinity beach itself is halfway between palm cove and cairns so a fantastic base for exploring. Apartment was spacious and relatively clean, not renovated but well maintained. One thing to watch out for is the groundfloor pathways have shallow water either side. "Centrally located, walking distance from the shops, cafes and the marina. Spacious room with a sunny balcony with a cafe downstrairs. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I had a nice and relaxing stay. I loved staying at an adults only hotel knowing I can sit in peace by the pool and relax while reading a book. I’ll definitely consider staying here next time I visit Port Douglas."
