"Our stay in the Daintree was short but wonderful. The accommodation was nestled in the forest and the swimming holes were easily accessible. The staff were friendly and the food good. We are already planning a longer stay."

The island is very relaxed, great snorkelling, Foxy’s bar great for food and drinks and the staff are ever so friendly. Well done Fitzroy we’ll see you again next year!!"

"Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer."
